Advertising in Psymposium
Psymposium is the official newsletter of the Psychologists’ Association of Alberta and is published five times a year with the purpose of fostering communication between psychologists and supporting the goals of the Association and the profession of psychology.
Distribution Information
The newsletter is available to all PAA members on our website or by subscription, as well as to public subscribers and selected individuals and organizations with interests in the practice of psychology.
Submission process:
- Create an ad request by filling out our submission form.
- Once submitted, reviewed and approved, you will be contacted to receive a link to complete payment or be instructed to adjust your submission before you can book an ad.
- Once the invoice is paid, your ad will be booked into our Psymposium publication schedule.
Deadline Dates
2026 Issues:
Please note, starting in 2026, Psymposium will be published four times a year.
- March 2026: Deadline is February 2, 2026
- June 2026: Deadline is May 4, 2026
- September 2026: Deadline is August 3, 2026
- December 2026: Deadline is October 26, 2026

- Payment is required in order to book the ad.
- All prices quoted are for camera-ready advertisements only.
- 5% Goods and Services tax to be added to all costs quoted above.
- PAA retains editorial discretion to run or not run submitted ads.
PAA member discount: 25% discount on gross billing for PAA members placing employment, office space, or professional training workshop advertisements.
Non-Profit Discount: 25% discount on gross billing to private sector non-profit organizations placing ads.
